This year’s festival will boast performers such as Cyril Nevillle and his Allstars, Philip Manuel, John Mooney and Bluesiana, 101 Runners, Coco Robicheaux, , and Felice Mitchel Guimont. The extensive music line-up this year also features Karmic Foundation DJ, Tom Harvey,  and music on the Sacred Music Stage, with performances by Michael Skinkus and Moyuba, Sean Johnson, Wild Lotus Band, and Kora Konnection.

The 3rd Annual Anba Dlo is presented by the New Orleans Hope and Heritage Project and the New Orleans Healing Center.  The center, scheduled to open in 2010, is a multi-use community space that will provide a wide range of activities and services from childcare to organic groceries to a street university.
